Registration Fees
The registration fee includes access to all technical sessions, conference materials, and certificates. At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.

Note: The fee shown above is excluding 18% GST. All registration fees are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged as per Government of India norms.

Register NowImportant Notes
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register by completing payment before the deadline for the paper to be presented in the conference and included in IEEE Xplore.
- A maximum of one (1) paper may be presented and submitted to IEEE Xplore under a full registration.
- The initial manuscripts may contain six pages. Up to two (2) additional pages are permissible with additional charges in the final version. The maximum number of pages per manuscript allowed is strictly eight (8).
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
Full Registration Inclusions: Includes access to plenary sessions, tutorials, all conference sessions, a registration kit, lunches for three days, coffee breaks, a gala dinner, and inclusion of presented papers in IEEE Xplore.
Guidelines for Final Paper Submission
(For accepted papers)
- The guidelines for authors of accepted manuscripts can be viewed Here .
- The corresponding author must submit the final version of the manuscript before the submission deadline.
- All manuscripts should follow the paper submission guidelines.
- The final version of your manuscript must not be significantly different from the accepted version.
Visa Requirements
- Invitation letters for visa applications will only be provided to participants who have completed their registration.
